I'm interested in checking out BBEdit 9.5 (currently I have 8.x), but I want to keep BBEdit 8.7.2 installed so I can compare the two versions. Also, since I'm not sure that I am going to take the plunge and upgrade, I don't want to muck anything up in my 8.7.2 install.
Is it possible to install the 9.5 demo so that it does not overwrite or update any of the 8.7.2 files? Can I run both versions at the same time?
I suppose in the worst case I could run 8.7.2 on another machine and use screen sharing to compare, but that's less than ideal.
