I've just released the first beta of a Zend Framework Clipping set for
BBEdit.

You can download a copy at:

Alternatively, it is also part of the combined clipping set on GitHub:

The set currently covers 99%+ of Zend Framnework's methods but I'm
aiming for 100%. If you use ZF (or indeed PHP), give them a try.
(Now's the time to input suggestions.)
