I set the number of spaces per tab to 3 in the preferences. However, an existing document still insists on expanding a tab to 4 spaces (the setting it was before.) Is there a way to tell a document to forget that a tab used to be 4 spaces and that it's now 3 spaces?
Thanks in advance, Jan Pieter Kunst
