A few versions back (4 - 6, dunno 7, not 8) BBEdit had a really nice option for printing: a 2-up mode that used the entire page, and printed the file info once across the top. I *loved* that mode if I needed to see a whole bunch of code all at once, and paved a conference table or wall with paper.
The 2-up option in OS X Layout is only 2/3rds as good. It ignores 2 inches of paper, and prints the file info 2 (or 0) times per page. Is there any way to get the old feature back?
