Which HTML text encodings work with stylesheets?
After tearing out a good deal of hair, I discovered that you cannot link a CSS stylesheet inside an HTML document created using
Unicode (UTF-16)
This generates HTML code that refuses to link stylesheets.
However, this encoding
Western (ISO Latin 1)
does recognize linked stylesheets.
Question: Which other text encodings work with linked stylesheets?
