I usually work with large numbers of files at once and when I finish a project I want to close the window, including all the documents it contains. But I am so used to pressing command-W to close a window that I end up closing a document instead.
You can change the behaviour using prefs but it doesn't work: just reverts back to the standard keys when a document window is at the front. Am I doing something wrong, is this a bug, or a deliberate behaviour?
Another issue with windows is that the documents often change their order when the project is re-opened. I sort of need certain critical documents first.
On a related note: why can't we re-order the documents in the side bar?
